We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small return shipping fee may apply.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely back to us.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
